Before joining Kudos, Emma had over 15 years experience in Customer Care Management both at operational and board level with major UK PLC's mainly in the Financial Service arena. This unique combination of experience allows her to be both strategic in the design and delivery of customer care solutions whilst fully understanding the practical operational needs of an organisation.
